Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your ForgeSignal account and all associated personal data — directly in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.

You can permanently delete your ForgeSignal account at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what data is removed, and what we are legally required to keep. It applies to the ForgeSignal mobile app published by ForgeStudio FX Team.

1. Delete from inside the app

Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, confirm the checklist, and tap Delete permanently. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, you can still request deletion by email:

Email support@forgestudiofx.com from the email address registered to your account.
Use the subject line "Delete my account".
We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then process the deletion and email you a confirmation.

3. What gets deleted

The following personal data is permanently deleted:

Your email address and display name
Your profile and account settings
Your trading strategies, backtest results, and signal history
Your AI Coach conversations
Your push-notification tokens and device identifiers

4. What we retain (and why)

Anonymized, aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked to you — retained to understand product usage.
Billing and tax records — retained for up to 10 years where required by applicable tax law, in anonymized form after deletion.

5. Timeline

Your email, profile, strategies, and history are permanently removed within 30 days of a verified request. Anonymized data that cannot be re-linked to you, and records we must keep by law, are the only exceptions (see section 4).
