Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and ForgeStudio FX Team ("we", "us") governing your use of the ForgeSignal mobile application and any related websites or services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any country subject to embargo under the laws of the United States or your local jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

4. Refunds

• Refund within 48 hours of purchase: processed automatically by Google Play.
• Cancellation during 7-day free trial: full refund.
• After 48 hours: case-by-case review. Email support@forgestudiofx.com with subject "Refund Request" and your reason.
• Approved refunds are processed via Google Play within 5–7 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service beyond ordinary use
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
• Upload to the Strategy Marketplace any content that infringes intellectual property rights, is misleading, or constitutes financial advice
• Attempt to defraud the referral or rewarded-ad systems
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm other users

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and refusal of refunds. Severe violations may be reported to law-enforcement authorities.

7. User-Generated Content (Marketplace)

If you publish strategies, comments, or other content to the Marketplace, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the right to publish it and that it does not violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, design, trademarks ("ForgeSignal", "ForgeStudio FX", and related logos), and all content we provide, is owned by ForgeStudio FX Team and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers including Google Play, RevenueCat, Supabase, Firebase, Anthropic, Sentry, TwelveData, Financial Modeling Prep, and AdMob. Your use of these services through ForgeSignal is also subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGESTUDIO FX TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ForgeStudio FX Team from and against any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason at our reasonable discretion. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted in good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Hà Nội, Vietnam.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active users by email and via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
