Is ForgeSignal a broker?

No. ForgeSignal is an education and analysis tool. We do not execute trades, hold your funds, or connect to your broker account. You place all real trades yourself in your broker app (MT5, cTrader, etc.).

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Open Google Play → tap your avatar → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptionsForgeSignalCancel subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within 48 hours of purchase, Google Play processes the refund automatically. After 48 hours, email support@forgestudiofx.com with subject "Refund Request" and the reason. See our Terms of Service §4 for details.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account and all personal data are deleted within 30 days. Tax/billing records may be retained up to 10 years as required by Vietnamese law.

Which markets and timeframes does ForgeSignal support?

Phase 1: 28 forex pairs + gold (XAU/USD, XAG/USD) across timeframes H1, H4, D1, W1, Monthly. Sub-hour timeframes (M15, M5, M1) and crypto/stocks are on the roadmap for Phase 2.

How accurate are the live signals?

Signals fire when the rule conditions in your strategy are met against live market data. Backtest statistics shown for each strategy reflect performance against 10 years of historical data — they do not guarantee future results. Always verify a signal and place orders only at your own broker.

Where do you get your market data?

Prices come from TwelveData (institutional grade), economic calendar and news from Financial Modeling Prep, and AI Coach responses are generated by Anthropic Claude.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256 in our Supabase database. We never log passwords, payment info, or one-time codes. See our Privacy Policyfor full details.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@forgestudiofx.com with a description of the bug, the steps to reproduce, and your device model + Android version. We respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

I found a security vulnerability.

Please disclose responsibly to security@forgestudiofx.com. We respond to security reports within 48 hours. We do not yet run a paid bug-bounty program but will publicly acknowledge contributors who help us improve security.
